We are a small kennel located in Acton, Ontario.
I currently own and train 4 dogs.
Grace will be bred and then start training for her CDX .
Steel is our house stud and sire to Ch. Romance's Absolute Perfection (Molly)
Skye is for sale $3000.00
Molly attained her Canadian Championship at 8 months, after only showing
for 3 weekends. Molly heads to Mexico in October.
My kennel will never be so large that my dogs will have
to be housed in outdoor kennels.
If there is not enough room inside the house
then there would be too many dogs to give each one the
individual attention each one deserves.
I breed for temperament, health and structure.
I am extremely picky when choosing a breeding partner for my dogs.
My dogs are all primarily conformation show dogs.
All breeding stock is certified for hips and elbows by either OVC or OFA.
The dogs are raised with children. Socialized at baseball games, parks,
SPCA walk a thons, birthday parties, provincial parks, family reunions.
.everywhere I can take them.,
and this socialization never stops. Socialization is a life long and constantly
changing learning experience for my dogs.
Puppies are born in my home. The spare bedroom in the house has been set up
specifically to be a puppy room (not a guest room).
All puppies are microchipped, registered with the CKC, and come with a puppy pack
( please see the puppy page for more info and pictures of pups currently for sale).
Puppies are sold on a spay/neuter contract or a breeding contract.
Prices are $850.00 and $1500.00

We have the pictures for the 2008 National Service Dog's Easter egg hunt posted on the Service Dog Events page
HISTORY OF THE HUNT
In 1998 National Service Dogs held it’s first Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs at Bronte Creek Provincial Park in Oakville. We had about 25 families and approximately 30 dogs registered in rainy weather. Although the numbers were small, a good time was had by all and many of those original families have continued to participate each year and have brought their friends and family..
The result….we now average over 100 families and more than 150 dogs participating at the Oakville event and have added 4 more locations across Ontario in 2005! The 2005 Oakville event raised over $7800 – well done everyone!
In 2003 Thistledown Pet Memorial in Uxbridge volunteered to host an Egg Hunt and with the help of a dozen local high school students raised over $3600 in support of National Service Dogs. Thistledown has continued the Good Friday tradition and raised in excess of $5100 in 2005. Colin and Nancy have helped inspire others to run an Easter Egg Hunt on NSD’s behalf and have helped to modify and improve the design of the hunt. Their support and vision will leave their mark on all of our future events
In 2004 a group of NSD clients and applicants in the Brampton area held our first Brampton Easter Egg Hunt at OPP Park Land. Our crew had a beautiful day for the first hunt and raised over $2000. They were back in 2005 with an even bigger and better event and raised over $3600. This growing group of wonderful NSD families has inspired other NSD families to try their hand at running an Easter Egg Hunt and as a result we know have hunts being coordinated in Barrie and in the future Windsor and Calgary!
In 2005 the NSD Easter Egg Hunt for Dogs reached a new and exciting high! Hunts were added in Cambridge and Barrie. Our Cambridge event was hosted by Sunrise Therapeutic Riding Centre and our staff and volunteers raised over $1100 in what was our first ever snow covered egg hunt. The Barrie team of NSD families met with a very enthusiastic community in Barrie’s Sunnidale Park and raised over $4800.
In total the 2005 events in Barrie, Brampton, Cambridge, Oakville and Uxbridge raised over $22,000. I would like to thank everyone who volunteered, participated and donated prizes. Our events would not have been so incredibly successful with out you all!!
In 2006 hunt events were started in London, Windsor and Etobicoke. With the support of dogs and families across Ontario we raised over $35,000 for NSD's autism service dog program. Special thanks to everyone who braved the terrible weather and made our day a success.
